By downloading or using Driftsea ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms are between you and the developer of Driftsea ("we", "us").
Driftsea is an anonymous, one‑way reading experience. You may release writing into a simulated ocean and read fragments that others have released. Driftsea is not a social network. There is no chat, no replies, no friends, no comments, no profiles, and no mechanism to contact, identify, or interact with any other user. The reading material is for reflection and is largely AI‑generated.
The App is rated 16+. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use it.
You are responsible for anything you release. You agree not to release content that:
Released public content is filtered and moderated, is always anonymous, and can never be replied to. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, and display released public content within the App in anonymous form, solely to operate the service. You retain ownership of your own writing.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to de‑anonymise other users, reverse‑engineer the service, scrape content at scale, abuse the recovery system, or circumvent moderation.
The App offers an optional subscription (monthly/yearly, with a free trial) and a one‑time purchase, as well as "shells", a virtual currency used for recovery and cosmetic items. Shells never expire. Releasing and drawing fragments are always free. All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store; Apple is the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage and cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and applicable law.
Content you release drifts for a limited time. You may spend shells to recover a released piece before it passes its "horizon"; the cost rises over time and is shown to you in advance. Once a piece passes its horizon it sinks permanently and cannot be recovered. This is an intended part of the experience.
Much of the content is generated by AI and may be imperfect or fictional. It is provided for emotional reflection only.
Driftsea is not a medical, therapeutic, counselling, or crisis service. Nothing in the App is professional advice. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of content (including content that has sunk), arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or limit access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your data from the App's Settings.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

你撒出的內容僅漂流有限時間。在其越過「horizon」之前,你可消耗貝殼找回;費用隨時間上漲並會提前告知你。一旦越過 horizon,內容將永久沉海、無法找回。這是體驗的刻意設計。
大量內容由 AI 生成,可能並不完美或屬虛構,僅供情緒自省之用。

本 App 按「現狀」提供,不作任何形式的擔保。在法律允許的最大範圍內,對於因你使用本 App 而產生的任何間接、附帶或衍生性損害,或內容遺失(包括已沉海的內容),我們概不負責。
對於違反本條款的存取,我們可予以暫停或限制。你可隨時停止使用本 App,並可在 App「設定」中刪除你的資料。
我們可能隨 App 演進更新本條款。更新後繼續使用即視為接受修訂後的條款。
